We are a team of licensed, trained and experienced Transaction Coordinators with expertise in real estate contracts, processes, and systems for most large brokerages.

Our goal is to deliver superb service to both you and your clients. By systematizing the entire transaction, we are able to ensure all administrative aspects of a transaction go smoothly!

While we work using a fixed list of tasks to accomplish for each file, we regularly address items with clients, lenders, title companies, and attorneys to ensure the file is always in the best position possible. We love being able to assist and see our files through to a successful closing!
